Low Carbon Estates secured funding from SALIX Finance to sub-meter a large number of municipal assets across the borough and connect them to a Strategic Energy Management Platform. This commission went on to evaluate the energy and emissions performance of the largest emitting assets in the borough and develop novel solutions to the decarbonisation of heat.
